We have three venues on Beautiful Bainbridge Island! Below are the details for each so you can choose which is perfect for your next event. We offer both indoor/outdoor spaces, that are designed for bringing people together.

The rental rate is for a 4-hour slot (unless specified), with an additional hour for set up and break down (6 hours total). All venues include tables, chairs, lighting as well as outdoor heaters and tents if needed. We include the use of our speaker systems, which can connect to a tablet, iPhone, or laptop.

The Winery in Coppertop Loop

$1,500 (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

$1,800 (Friday-Saturday)

Rustic, laid back and charming, we have a spacious indoor space, a big back patio, front patio, and an indoor upstairs loft.

The Tasting Room on Winslow Way

The tasting room has a modern and upscale feel, while still feeling inviting and fun. It’s open, light, and has a great view of the Winslow strip.

The Rooftop Wine Garden

Enjoy views of beautiful Bainbridge Island and Seattle from this spacious venue. This outdoor setting is perfect for large or small groups. Open and comfortable, we have shade to keep you cool in the summer heat, and fire pits to keep you warm in the cooler months. It’s fitting for groups as large as 120 people.

WINE & BEVERAGES

A $500 wine minimum needs to be met. We invite you into one of our locations for a wine-tasting consultation to decide which wines to pour at the event. In addition, we offer beer from Rainy Daze Brewing. If you would like hard alcohol poured, we charge a $500 corkage fee. We have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.

EVENT ADD-ONS

We have worked with various local musicians, DJs, and even trivia hosts. Please let us know if you plan to have entertainment and if you need recommendations. We also offer a variety of add-ons to make your event extra special:

∙ Microphone hook-up: $150 setup fee

∙ Smart-TV for slide shows or digital display: $150 setup fee

∙ Plate fee (includes plates, napkins, and cutlery) $5 per person

∙ Extra Staff: $300 for every extra employee

∙ Additional hour: $650

FOOD OPTIONS

We offer a variety of large charcuterie boards that pair wonderfully with our crafted wines to be served at your event. Our boards include gourmet cheeses, cured meats including local smoked salmon, fresh fruit and vegetables, local dips and spreads, crackers, and baguettes. You are more than welcome to have your event catered. We have compiled a list of local caterers and restaurants, which will be attached to the rental agreement, but you are more than welcome to bring in one not on our list.
